they are custom made, and cannot be resold
- If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
- If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the item you want.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explaination of the problem.
